Create finest Belgian chocolate under the guidance of a master chocolatier, fresh from the Ritz Hotel in London and Paris where he served as Head Pastry Chef. You can learn about the history of chocolate before being taken on a magical journey to create a filling for your truffles and then dipping them in Belgian chocolate and decorating your creations. This experience is really great fun for all.

Main Events:
The two and a half hour workshop begins with information on the history of chocolate and then the pleasurable task of sampling a chocolate fountain (at the Merseyside location, a guided chocolate tasting takes the place of the chocolate fountain - enjoy samples of high-quality chocolates as well as one or two other surprises!).You will then create truffle fillings, dip your truffles in Belgian chocolate and design and decorate your toppings. All attendees then take home their creations of 40-50 good sized fine genuine Belgian chocolates all wrapped, designed and made by you. Please note, the Brighton location opens in Feb 2010.
